Made a mistake with the pricing, but were very good about fixing it. Only downside was having to wait an extra day to get my car detailed. Small price to pay when looking for a car at 8 p.m.

"I was going to buy a Honda Odyssey and went into Capo VW..." I was going to buy a Honda Odyssey and went into Capo VW just becuase the Honda Dealers i went to were so bad. I met James Hedland and ended up spending more for a VW Routan purely based on the fact that he was knowledgable and provided a comfortable atmosphere. They showed me the invoice cost and the MSRP and gave me a great deal, and were not pushy or typical dealer like at all. Great experience overall and i do recommend them to anyone.

"The thing I dread about getting a new car is the time..." The thing I dread about getting a new car is the time spent in the dealership. Everyone at Capo VW was courteous, thoughtful AND I was in and out in record-breaking time! I specifically called ahead asked David Hoke to make sure my time at the dealership was minimal. David made the extra effort to have a majority of the required paperwork filled out before I arrived! A very pleasant leasing experience!
