They had the car I wanted, quick to respond to emails and questions. We agreed on the price via email, he delivered the car to my office with paperwork ready for me to sign. He was never pushy during the entire process and did not try any aggressive or generic sales tactics.

Tom was very accommodating and allowed me an extended test drive to make sure I was comfortable with my purchase.
