This was the first time my wife and I went into a dealership and we didn't feel "pressured" or "sold." He didn't try to pigeon hole us into one particular vehicle or model, etc. Dave HELPED us lease a VW. He didn't sell the car. Big difference. He answered all of my questions and was extremely patient with me as I made multiple trips to his dealership before I decided upon a VW, never losing his enthusiasm.
