"Smooth, easy going and courteous atmosphere" My sales guy was Marcin and he was great! I live in San Diego and needed to organize a ride and he took care of that for me. He sent a driver to pick me up! Also, I don't like spending several hours in dealerships so I asked if we could expedite the process. "I had a great experience at Capistrano Mazda" I found the car I wanted online and reached out to the sales team. Rick Katz was quick to respond and set up a time to meet. He went above and beyond and sent me a personalized video of the exterior and interior of the car. When I showed up to test drive the vehicle he had the car washed and ready out front. "Service on new vehicle" My windshield wiper on a new vehicle was defective. I took the care in within 2 weeks and was taken care of immediately with smiles.

"Great experience! " Every person I came I was in contact with while during this process was very friendly and professional! I think I got a great care for a great value! Forouz was sure to make sure I knew of and felt comfortable with every feature of my new car before sending me home with it!

"Exceptional service!" SJC Mazda has been taking care of me since 2016. Glad to have had the same duo, Whitney and Paul, that i had during my first visit. They always go above and beyond there. Whitney has always been so helpful and accommodating! I have a Mazda dealer located within 15 minutes of my home, but i drive over an hour to go to San Juan Capistrano Mazda because of the people there and the service they provide. Definitely recommend them

"Wonderful car buying experience " Everyone at the dealership was friendly and knowledgeable. The building and vehicles were very clean and gorgeous. No pressure from sales person and everything was done at a comfortable timing.

"Came from San Diego. Wish I could give TEN stars!!" I just bought my fifth new Mazda, and wanted to get CarPlay installed. I live in San Diego. But the 4.9 (out of 5) rating for Capo Mazda greatly impressed me. The drive to San Juan Capistrano was quick, easy, and scenic. I was the only car there at 7:30 when they opened. The dealership is just a block off the freeway, and looks like it’s fairly new. Most of my career was in automotive sales and service, so I look for ‘telltale’ signs about how a store is being run.
