"We had trouble placing the order online so we called customer service to place the order instead. Afterwards we found the web order did end up processing afterall. We ended up with duplicate orders and parts being shipped. They were very good about issuing the label for the return of the duplicate part at their cost an we received the refund in a timely manner. Then we found that we ordered the wrong part. Once again Angelica made the return process easy and we were refunded again in a timely manner. Great customer service ... read more
