"I had the misfortune of having a part missing from the package. I called Customer Service and spoke to James. After listing to my problem, he put me on hold to file a claim with carrier. I was offered next day air on the missing part. I understood that a deposit was required until the claim was finalized and would be refunded at that time. He was courteous and prompt with my call. thank you. "
"I received a turbo from buyautoparts. and for whatever reason, it didn't work properly. Iran listened to the issue, asked a few questions and even tried to get in touch with my mechanic to resolve the issue. In the end, they're overnighting me a new turbo, along with a return shipping tag to send the old one back. Great experience, thanks again."

We ended up with duplicate orders and parts being shipped. They were very good about issuing the label for the return of the duplicate part at their cost an we received the refund in a timely manner.
