"I purchased an air suspension compressor from BuyAutoParts and unfortunately the compressor didn't fit for my application ( my mistake of the vehicle year ). I called customer service and talked to James, he was very nice and easy to talk to. He performed a search to try and find me the correct compressor, but the correct one was not available. "Even before James answered, the guy that was on the recorder was talking about the standards of the company and it was honestly very intriguing. Then James got on the phone and it was great hearing an easy to understand American on the other side of the phone. He took care of me and more. I don't ever write surveys, but the way that call went, I'd say the stand up company deserves the 5. I was worried before I bought it. I still have to drive it around a bit, and send back the old one, but I trust this company will make it ... read more
