"Ordered AC parts for my 1992 Ford F250, to include a new condenser (condenser price $124.95). They reassured me that it was a DIRECT FIT. When the part came in I took the truck out of service to fix, (we need to keep the truck in service for work) When we tried to put the new DIRECT FIT condenser in it would not fit unless we cut out part of the truck. "After waiting an hour and a half on the phone trying to get a hold of somebody to return an item.sent the part back.and never heard from again.called again waited for another hour and just hung up. caution anybody doing business with buy auto parts.com this is an internet scam. and the idiot on the phone was more worried about getting a positive response on this stupid website."
"Their parts failed to work TWICE!!!! then they blamed me for poor installation! despite the fact that when the OE part was reinstalled everything worked perfectly, the only reason I was changing the drive shaft was because the u joint was starting to wear... have to stick it out and buy another one somewhere else... horrible service. "This online store has competitive prices for parts. The turbo we needed was a lot cheaper. The warranty was very good. They handle everything with the warranty and give a pre-paid label to return the defective part with UPS. The warranty given is long enough to safely cover your purchase. The sale agents are courteous and trying hard to help you with what you need or solve a problem.
