First order was disappointing. Received order number but never ship. Spent 2 hrs Calling customer service. Hotline service wait time is too long.
it didnt let me choose the firm button , it never popped up ; maybe a glitch ? also when i chose the part i wanted when it was time to check out it had a different name

I found a website that actually works and let me buy the parts I needed. It’s sick
Ordered a part on line and paid extra for 2 day delivery. Not only did not get here on time, I then went to there website to track were it was. The website said sorry unable to track my order even though it showed I paid for it and paid extra for quick delivery. I then used there CHAT NOW app, and sent 3 messages with no response. I then called customer service to track my order. As of right now, I have been holding for over 1.5 hours in a cue that started at 38 people and now I am 19.
