I called in and the person who answered the phone in sales couldn't answer my question so he hung up on me! I called back...after being on hold for 10 minutes and it ringing like 25 times....I got sent to Brandon's voicemail...who ever that is! Why would it ring to someone who isn't even there! Es el segundo intento por comprar este producto, lo adquirí y no se me envió, luego cancele la orden 8 días después porque me decían que faltaban piezas en stock, ahora lo estoy intentando y espero que se de. La comunicación vía email es deficiente, y muchas veces no sabes que pasa con tu orden y no te responden los mensajes o correos

trying to speak with a customer representative took one hour and forty minutes of waiting time. need more people answering the phone
I tried 5 times to get the site to give me the discount and use Pay Pal, it in no way in hell would let me do it. I called about it, and they said they could do it over the phone, but I feel paranoid about putting my number out there. I figured typing it in myself was the lesser of 2 evils. I also chatted about it, and they said I wouldn't know til I tried. I pay for almost everything with PayPal so it **** me off when I couldn't here.
One screen gave a built date from engine but the car was 2005 so it should not say 12/03/03
