I have a 2012 Mercedes C250 and I'm in need of an AC Compressor. So i gave them all my information on the vehicle and the VIN number and yet they tell me that i need more information because they are 2 types of AC Compressors...so i call the Dealership from Mercedes Benz to get the model number. and the guys from Buy Auto still can't help me on my order... just not great on working with me.

CUSTOMER SERVICE WASN'T VERY FRIENDLY, NOR TRIED TO HELP ME FIND THE RIGHT PRODUCT. CUSTOMER REP KEPT TELLING ME THAT THE ITEM I WANTED WAS NOT IN STOCK THOUGH I WAS LOOKING AT THE SAME EXACT PRODUCT ONLINE.
Did not get my $10 discount as it advertised, I copied and paste the code but at the end did not get it.
This company never seems to keep accurate online records of our orders. Every purchase we're charged tax and have to go through the hassle of emailing our resale ID and then wait for a refund. Steering rack arrived late and in terrible condition. Box damaged, leaking everywhere. Now we have to wait another week for a replacement rack and pay a $200 deposit while they dispute shipping damages with UPS. Every phone call is at least 10 minutes, most of which is waiting on hold.
Ordering through Chat bombed out. They did not respond. However, I went ahead and placed my order online and it appears to have gone through ok. Thanks.
This is horrible. I ordered a $1500 part, only to receive the wrong part. I called, emailed and tried to contact support via Chat. Finally got a return label and shipped it back. They received it 5 days ago, and still no refund. No one responds. Chat has a 30 minute wait, no one answers the phone and emails are never returned. Please just give me my money back.
