Part of reviewing how my experience with BuyAutoParts.com is actually seeing if I get my items when they said I would. I have not yet received my parts so at this point I'm giving 1 star. It is unclear if I will even get my parts at this point. What if my parts never arrive, then I would say that's a problem, what if that happens and BuyAutoParts does not correct it and I'm just wasting my time with them? I sent your customer service section pointing out you sold me a lower priced item from ROCK AUTO at a considerable higher price. Not good
I made an order and my card was charged twice. I emailed and didn't get a response up to this very day. Also, my order was shipped in the wrong name despite the fact that I gave the shipping name. Up until now I haven't received this order after payingbover 300 USD and some more when my card was charged twice. This is a rip off. Very Poor first experience after been recommended to shop with your company.

It came opened and exposed. I don’t know if it is damaged or not. the radiator may leak it may not so I’m not happy about it.
they said new part on ebay and it is a remanufactered part they have not responded to my request to expain this shipping box was weak and battered also do not recommend this company
