I ordered a part and it didn’t ship, I tried calling customer service and using the chat. They gave me the link for a return. I filled out the form, stating it never shipped. They sent me a return label. Again the part never shipped. Guess I need to contact PayPal to get a refund.
Absolutely terrible experience. Do Not Use this company. Ordered a steering gearbox for a my truck. Steering gear was delivered and truck went to the shop. Once there it was noticed the Steering box they sent was the wrong one and did not match the one ordered. Called and followed the procedure to have a new one sent and asked for expedited shipping. Parts came wrong. When I tried to reorder the rep was rude and unwilling to help so I went elsewhere to purchase
I sent email nothing then called and switch to another person that never answered. message said hang up call later. went to internet had to fight your system to get order completed. I sent a Tax exemption form this morning. 10 to one I will be charged tax. Then fight to get it back.

If you use a coupon, they add shipping when it’s free to begin with. Do a $20 coupon only saves you $4 ???? Seems like a scam.

I'm glad I received my part and that everything worked out. I did have an issue with the ordering process and lack of timely communication on BAP side. I ordered the part Tuesday Nov. 18th at 2:30 PM - 5:30 PM EST. The company Web site says that all order submitted before 6 PM EST will be processed accordingly.
