Tried checking out several times and had to use PayPal to check out.
Wrong part have to return it
Customer service was absolutely no help. Part was not correct from just looking at it so didn't even take out of clear wrap. Called customer" NO Service" and was told that I needed to handle it through E-bay and THEY would send me a return label to send it back at my cost to return also. I do not have an E-Bay account to even refer to and it has been a week, so looks like I am stuck with a part that does not fit at a loss of over $200.
I was asked how I am enjoying the item I purchased. Still have not received the item? Shouldn't you all know that?

Received a bad ac compressor, and was coerced into taking store credit. With the store credit, I bought TMPS sensors. They were the correct ones but they neglected to say they were unprogrammed. I'm not going through the hassle of returning AGAIN.
Rebuild kit for all these racks from mfg contain a replacement dust cover seal for steering input shaft. Mine did not come with one and was not provided with once when contacted. Had to BUY an ENTIRE $70 rebuild kit just to get the missing $3 plastic part. Was offered no partial refund or assistance of any sort besides “we can’t help you”. And yes I spoke to mfgs of rebuild kits they all use and they told me it was suppose to be included. 95 300TT
I called and spoke with a representative and they sent a cheap device without the sensor. I advise to look elsewhere before spending money on what you think is a good device. What good is a warranty when they knew it wouldn't function properly when sent it out. Lesson learned , Caution, buy form the dealership before wasted your money on this company, by the time they reply you could have purchase a rebuilt engine this is not worth the waste.
I sent my core back as requested two weeks after I received the new part. It has been over three weeks, and I still have not received the core charge refund. I also have not received any correspondence back from my emails. I received a great part, but no core charge refund.
