No issue with the part I received but I had a few easy questions about the turbo I purchased so I called. Turbocharger pros is just a fancy website name with some false advertising regarding their knowledge of turbos. They really don't know a thing about the parts they sell. I also suspect this is a very small operation. Maybe just a few people. But like I said, no issue so far with the part, just don't expect any tech support if that is needed.
