The new water main was installed well, the only thing they could have done better was filling and reseeding the trench. They just threw some grass seed on top of the ground. Update: 11/02/2020 For the main water, I went through this company and got a quote from several companies. As most quotes were close I hired the Drain Doctors, and they got the job done quickly. It is not a good experience. Spent three days and a lot of money but didn't get the problem resolved and actually didn't even figure out the root cause. The quote is very confusing. They said the camera inspection fee can be waived if I choose the company to fix the problem. But the project quote actually has the inspection fee. And they told me it is some tricky mathematics stuff and actually that is not the inspection fee. Not real happy with the experience and pricing. Was given a quote and timeframe to complete. Things changed once they got in the crawl space, which is understandable. They didn?t have to install a sump pump as they quoted, so they changed the labor so they didn?t have to lower the pricing as they should have. Job didn?t get done on time because employee had to leave early. Wouldn?t use them again.
