They were good.
They were nice and come out quickly to fix broken water line outside my mother's home, during freezing weather. They helped her to understand how they found and corrected the issue. Would hire again.
Curt was a tremendous asset, he helped troubleshoot my drainage problem, gave me options and worked with my schedule. I would definitely recommend Drain Doctors.
I found them nice and when they were at my house they worked steadily but could have had it done more quickly if they had more help. Was delayed due to the weather, not ther fault but then took more time to complete due to lack of help or over scheduling.
The only reason I didn't give them a 5 star rating is because we had to wait 5 days for the asphalt patch to be completed after repairing a water main leak under our driveway, and we were billed for the balance of the cost before the job was totally finished. The quality of the work was excellent and the balance of the billing was put on hold until the job was complete.
They took great care of my apt building and installed drainage under the building that will address a ground water issue. They also coached my crew with a separate drainage project.
