Had a sump-pump replaced in my crawl space. Very responsive. Got the job done quick. Does not charge for estimate. Great customer service. I would hire again.
We had a root that was clogging the sewer when the ground froze. Drain Doctors came immediately, evaluated the issue with a camera, and sent some that afternoon to excavate and replace a 10-foot section, and completed the job that day. Really great team and appreciate the immediate response!
Bob quickly responsded to my request which was much appreciated. He was very knowledgeable and thorough in his examination of my pipes and septic system. He was willing and patient to explain and show me the issues. I had a couple of issues and decided to take care of the collapsed pipe first. He sent his associate Kurt to replace the pipe. Kurt quickly had the pipe replaced from my house to the septic system.
