Received a call within minutes of submitting my request. Communication was excellent, a tech responded to my home within hours and evaluated my issue. Work to remedy my problem was scheduled for later that day and the job was completed quickly. Every interaction with each person associated with Drain Doctors was friendly, professional and courteous and reassuring. Strongly recommended.
They cleared the blockage and used a camera to verify what v had caused it. They also mapped out where the turns and bellies in the pipe so that I knew what was going on since this was a problem I had before. Their cost was excellent! Less than previous plumbers that had come to fix this issue.
Found the problem quickly.
Plumbing work was done well, clean up and repair of area could be improved. Hired a mason to cement my pavers that were cut for the plumbing work

I hired Drain Doctors to replace a foundation drainage system that was installed incorrectly by another contractor and hook up my drainage sump pump to 1500. water tank I purchased to store roof water. The quoted price was fair for the amount of work and the fix did not need me to remove a fence post (which another contractor said needed to be done). I liked the owner, Bob.
