I had a great experience with Bryant Heating and Cooling, especially with my technician, James H. He was very professional, friendly, and took the time to clearly explain everything he was doing and what was going on with my system. Kris was fantastic. He's the third plumber/company to come out here and he was the first one who actually found the problem rather than just guessed. I would have wasted $10k had I listed to the other guys. Glad I went with Kris and Bryant

Arturo did an excellent job explaining the issue with my slow draining tub. He explained step by step what steps he was going to take and explained the risks associated as well so I could make an informed decision. He explained options for replacement if needed as well. Definitely recommend Bryant Plumbing in Lexington.
