Big shout out to service manager Shawn, Jeff from service and Miguel from installation. These guys are out of Louisville Ky. I would also like to think Carrier for stepping up and doing the right thing. Quick overview of what I experienced. Installed a new infinity hvac system in November 2024. Heat went out a few weeks ago. Bryant sent guys out to try and fix 6 straight days , the last two days the service manager Shawn came out. Bryant Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric has been pleasant to deal with. They got a technician out to our home the very same day that we called them to talk to us about replacing our heating and cooling system. We were so pleased that we called back and requested an estimate for having our breaker box replaced. Rodney, one of their electrical technicians, came out and was extremely knowledgeable and informative about codes and such. He provided us with an estimate in writing before leaving.
