I think they need 10 stars. I have a new HVAC system I got last spring and they were great putting it in also. Can not say enough good things in the new water softener and commode.

Big shout out to service manager Shawn, Jeff from service and Miguel from installation. These guys are out of Louisville Ky. I would also like to think Carrier for stepping up and doing the right thing. Quick overview of what I experienced. Installed a new infinity hvac system in November 2024. Heat went out a few weeks ago. Bryant sent guys out to try and fix 6 straight days , the last two days the service manager Shawn came out.
