J ***** serviced our furnace on October 15. He was very thorough & went through all aspects of the of it’s operation & explained what he did. I had a check and clean on my furnace on Tuesday 10/15/24 and Deo was the assigned Technician for the job. He did a great job and was very proficient. Deo noticed there was an issue with my HVAC pipes and needed to be repaired. I was very pleased he notified me about the problem and has been scheduled to be repaired.
