I had Bryant out in response to a promotional discount offer on a maintenance check of our HVAC system. The guy who came (Greg S.) did an excellent job. He was very thorough and provided detailed explanations of everything he inspected, along with the status of each item. He also made some small corrections where applicable in order to leave everything in the best possible state. Greg was also knowledgeable and patient, answering all my questions about a possible addition to our system. Great job!
My technician today was amazing! He was very friendly and professional. He got my ac back to working properly and injected dye into the system, will be back in 2 weeks to find a leak. I highly recommend this company.
Called the Evansville, IN for plumbing services. Aaron did a great job clearing a blocked kitchen drain. Replaced necessary piping. Very friendly, professional, and explained everything. Have used Bryant many times and will continue to do so. Have a maintenance plan with the company and enjoy the discounts and free ac/heat biannual system cleanings.

My heat pump had quit. I called. They sent a fellow out the next day within 30 minutes. He had my heat pump running again. House is now cool. thank you very much.

Barry, Josh and Daniel were absolutely professional. Excellent work ethic that I haven't seen here in BG. No Up Selling. Went above and beyond to make sure I got all the discounts and coupons to make it totally affordable for me on a fixed income. I highly recommend them to everyone and seriously appreciate they're sense of humor. Great guys.

I was quoted one price and ended up much higher. No paperwork was given me until after the fact. My unit broke down the second day and took over a week to fix. They did finally give me a $1000. credit, plus I was suppose to receive a $1700 discount, which was taken off the top, leaving me over $15000 balance (before the $1000 credit) for a small condo. I only saw a tablet signature box and had no idea what I was actually being charged. I am owe $1700 and a apology.
