Our smart thermostat went black and the heater stopped working abruptly. We called Bryant Heating and Cooling and within 2 hours they sent a technician out to our home. A gentleman diagnosed the problem, set up an appointment the next day for the repair, set us up with temporary heating. Jauan came out the next day, replaced the part, diagnosed another failing part as well. He replaced that part, helped us with a warranty on both parts. He went above and beyond to take care of us. When I called to schedule maintenance for my 10+ year old furnace, I was able to have the technician come out the same day! The technician, Devin, was extremely knowledgeable and explained all the issues and concerns clearly. The service was exceptional!
