I am very disappointed in Page Toyota i set up an appointment to go in ,and I missed my appointment so two weeks later I got a call stating that there is a recall on my vehicle so I made an appointment to take my vehicle in .come to find out it wasn’t a recall on my vehicle they were stating it was it a battery problem if I wanted to buy a new battery they’ll take $30 off and then they told me that I needed over $1000 worth of work on my vehicle that I would need brakes and rotors mind you I haven’t even put 10,000 miles on ... read more
Very disappointed in their service department. Lorenzo was courteous and professional but it went down hill from there because he was misinformed by whichever mechanic he spoke with. my Trunk release cable had broken when I pulled the interior lever. It was explained upon arrival and they confirmed it very quickly, basically upon observation. They called me about 40 minutes after I dropped off the car. I was informed it would cost $534 to fix it but it would take several days to get the part so I went back to pick up the car... read more
