I will always recommend them to all my friends, co-workers and relatives. I bought my Rav4 from them, the process was easy and very comfortable. They play no games or tricks. She was the only Sales Person of all the dealerships I visited (Ford, Hyundai, Nissan included), who gave me my requested out-the-door pricing in writing. Gave straightofrward information and spent a long while discussing various options avaliable. He followed up with questions to make sure all options were understood and acceptable.
