Blown off when I requested check of tire pressure management system despite symptoms owner’s manual says to have dealer check. Was told tire/wheel rotation not needed because it had not been 5K miles even though owner’s manual says every 6 months or 5K miles. Had it done anyway. Advisor tried to schedule a procedure that had been done in January 2023; did not schedule it when pointed out had been done. TPMS symptoms still exist. Will try another Toyota dealership. Have provided above to Page Toyota. No response so far.

Gave them a second chance after having horrible customer service from the service department a first time. What a mistake! 2 days they kept my vehicle and nothing was fixed. Extended warranty is worthless as they try to get money from you anyway or blame a problem on whatever they can. Natalie, you need to replaced. You complained about my first Google review and instead of trying to change my perspective and provide service that you should already be providing, you told me to go to a different dealer. Gladly. Do not purchase a new hybrid from Page Toyota in Southfield, MI. They attempted sneak in an 8k MSRP markup when I was trying to buy a 2023 Prius and were very dishonest about it. I’d highly recommend you find a different dealer.

Worst Customer service ever. Chat.No response after 10 minutes. Call..Service team pickup phone at 4pm and cut in between conversation ..two times Left voice message ..no response after 20 hours...

Spent too long just for oil change. I waited for two hours. I really hope they do better not to delay people.

To Whom it May Concern, I am writing this to because of the horrendous unprofessionalism along with many other disrespectful actions and business practices conducted by not only low level employees but also management at Page Toyota in Southfiled, Mi. I went in for an oil change. I was told that for an oil change & tire rotation was $149.95. That was extremely high. $25.00 of those were for my Tire rotation. Out of all the years that I’ve taken my car for service, I’ve never paid for a rotation of my tires. This was always included with my oil change. I was told my air filter needed to be replaced, I just had the filter replaced just a few months ago. I was told that I needed a brake flush, transmission flush & a coolant flush. Absolutely unbelievable experience! I purchased a vehicle out of state and had it shipped. So during the process I received info from Page Toyota and Sandy Topper on maintenance of the vehicle and any potential issues - he mentioned a scratch on the screen that did not affect performance. I had the vehicle shipped and as soon as I had the vehicle delivered, the driver gave me pictures of body damage he noticed when picking up the vehicle! they tell you one price, then change it to a higher price, Don't even try to help you. playing games with people. way to expensive. would never recommend to any one. dealership dishonest.
