Blown off when I requested check of tire pressure management system despite symptoms owner’s manual says to have dealer check. Was told tire/wheel rotation not needed because it had not been 5K miles even though owner’s manual says every 6 months or 5K miles. Had it done anyway. Advisor tried to schedule a procedure that had been done in January 2023; did not schedule it when pointed out had been done. TPMS symptoms still exist. Will try another Toyota dealership. Have provided above to Page Toyota. No response so far.
Gave them a second chance after having horrible customer service from the service department a first time. What a mistake! 2 days they kept my vehicle and nothing was fixed. Extended warranty is worthless as they try to get money from you anyway or blame a problem on whatever they can. Natalie, you need to replaced. Do not purchase a new hybrid from Page Toyota in Southfield, MI. They attempted sneak in an 8k MSRP markup when I was trying to buy a 2023 Prius and were very dishonest about it. I’d highly recommend you find a different dealer.
