"Buyer Beware" Do not expect any help from these people whatsoever. If you buy from them, DO NOT let them railroad you into a vehicle you don't want. I was stupid, don't be me. They sold me a base version off the lot, telling me that it would be great and was no different from the next model up, which was not true at all, they just wanted to unload the base version in time for the next model year. "Lemon" I purchase a 2008 Mercedes GL450 last Thursday today the check engine came on I’m not sure I’d the car fax is accurate however it states no accidents and the only repair was a window switch I feel like the check fir $12500 was all they were interested in and not good customer service. "Remarkably poor experience with rude sales manager" I live over an hour from this dealership, so I spent quite a bit of time dealing with a salesman over the phone while explaining exactly what I would (and would not) consider in terms of a purchase and my trade-in value. I revealed all of the issues over the phone and even sent 17 high-res photos of the vehicle which showed every flaw in great detail. "Was the service ever completed?" I am extremely frustrated! I own a 1999 Toyota Tacoma, and just discovered the vehicle is unsafe to operate due to excessive rust and corrosion of the frame. What is so upsetting is that this is my 16 year old daughter's vehicle - and I only became aware of the corrosion when I asked a service technician to check out the Exhaust System. "CarFax error rescue" Sean Lechner, Used Car Manager, Page Toyota in Southfield, MI went above and beyond in assisting me in correcting what could have been a costly Car Fax error. I tried to trade in the Avalon I bought from Sean at another dealership a year and a half later and found out there was a gross mileage reporting error on the report that significantly dropped the trade in value of the Avalon. "Sold a used lemon" I bought a Toyota Rav 4 in October, 2015. I too must have sucker on my forehead. The vehicle was low miles for the year and model and was pretty clean. There was a whine coming from the transmission that I was told was a leaking exhaust and not to worry, it would make no difference in the vehicle performance.
