I have had my car serviced with Page Honda for a little over year, and while my previous experiences with them have been fine, my most recent experience was not good at all. I scheduled an appointment with the option to wait for my vehicle (as I typically do). In the past, I show up as scheduled, they look at my car, and I wait (1.5 hours, 3 hours maximum). It’s hard for to review this dealership as my last trip is my last trip. Tuesday, I took it in for a broken door lock, waiting 2 ½ hours. I had to pay $145 for the diagnosis and the part was ordered for $58. I do not feel it was even taken apart, they just guessed at what it was. Wednesday, waiting another 2 ½ hours, they installed it, with a total bill for $540. It did not fix it. They looked at it again and said it was the harness, which they would have to order. I have had 2 bad experiences with Page Honda. I purchased a used 2012 Impala from them in April 2021. They increased the price, over the agreed amount, by $500 at the time of purchase. When I questioned them on it they told me that the extra money was for cleaning. I had been in the car already and NO ADDITIONAL CLEANING had been done. I also had a bad experience with their service department. I was quoted one price by one service rep and it was increased when I spoke with a second rep.

Bad oil change service. I did the oil change at Page Honda 3 days ago. I waited three for around 3.5 hours there, although I had a 8AM appointment. Today (3days after oil change), I checked the engine oil and they are still dirty (brown color). The service department lied! After oil change, they told me the rear brake pads have only 2mm left and shall be changed, as well as the rotors, with a quota of $511. My husband decided to change them and bought Bosch pads and rotors via Amazon prime. He removed the old brake pads off ... read more

I contacted them about a jeep grand Cherokee for $1695 but was paying cash so they add on an additional $795 therefore I passed on this "deal". They now claim that if I had bought it they would have waived the fee....which is it?

I had a 9:00a appointment, arrived 8:55am. I told the Honda agent, I had a 9 appointment, he asked me to wait in line, waited 25 min to be checked in, Again, I asked how long my car can be done. he said your car service should be done in 1 hour, can you believe I waited for 2 and half hours. I was out the Honda dealer around 11:55a. Do not waste your time if you only needed an oil change.

I had been in communication via text with this dealership up until my appointment at 5 pm. When I arrived I was informed that the car I had seen online had been sold 2 hours ago. I questioned staff regarding why wasn't I informed via text that this car had been sold prior to driving a 1/2 hour to see it. I was informed that the person who I was in communication with had no idea it had been sold. I was also told that it takes their website 72 hours to update once a car has been sold. So much for customer service! This dealership really takes advantage of used car buyers. Especially naive buyers who are not buying a Honda!!!. How do you sell a car that always comes with 2 key fobs with NO key fobs, telling the buyer that there are 2 keys - oh, wait, there's only one key which is a VALET key. And then you tell the buyer who already signed the papers - tough xxxx! Oh, we will give you $150.00 to get the keys - and you have to have them cut, programmed and whatever else is involved.
