"Never again will we go to this dealer! While shopping..." Never again will we go to this dealer! While shopping for a car at Bloomfield Honda we were greeted by Don, the GM. He could not have been less professional. His answers to questions were short vague, and when he wasn't busy messing with his cellphone he kept looking at my daughter. Very strange experience from a dealer that has sold many cars to our family. I don't even recognize anyone that works there anymore. You have lost our business!

I had it done at Honda anyway because I had oil change coupons. I was a little disconcerted when the service individual seemed reluctant to honor my coupons which I had received from the sales manager -- stating they were only to be used for first oil changes, not for subsequent ones. "Worst dealership experience I have ever had. Bought a..." Worst dealership experience I have ever had. Bought a certified used Honda and have had nothing but problems and nothing seems to be covered with 5 year 100000 mile warranty. Avoid this dealership. Had a 3 pm appointment, it was 5 before my car was touched. Overall terrible experience.
"I took my car here for service because the dealership I..." I took my car here for service because the dealership I normally go to was super busy. The first time I went, no problems at all. The service was great and completed within a reasonable time. I thought I found a backup dealership. The next time I went in for an oil change, all was great again or so I thought.
