"Customer Service" My Wife and I were in the market for an "SUV". Went to several company"s before stopping at Page Honda in our now trying 3 week adventure with not luck. Talked to Peggy at first who paved our way to see a sales person, James Spezia. What a pleasure to meet a great customer service person. It was he who lead us to the perfect vehicle. We bought a Honda SRV-EX. Perfect in every way. Thank you, James.

The 2014 Honda CRV is a wonderful vehicle, with one HUGE DOWNSIDE; the gas mileage is not as great as the sticker in the window stated! To get the stated average 25 mpg, I would literally, have to glide well below the posted speed and never stop at a light or stop sign to even come close to the projected 25 mpg! I am lucky if I get btwn. 15 and 18 mpg (city), and 23-25 (highway). Shame on Honda!!!!

"Good Job" I have no complaints regarding my experience Wednesday, Oct. 29, at Page Honda. I am slightly concerned about why the 110,000 mile service which omitted the replacement of the spark plugs still ran nearly $300.00.
"New Lease" Came in to renew (pull-ahead) a lease and always Honda treated us very well. Honda absorbed our last few payments and some overage on the miles and made us a very fair deal on a new lease in a CR-V. We've been seeing Art Pepp now for over a decade and continue to come back because of his service and Honda's. We hope to continue our business with Honda in the future.
"Excellent service" Very satisfied. Quality of work is good. Waiting time is short. Good coordination with insurance and other parties involved. Overall, an excellent experience for me.
"Excellent Customer Care" I have some temporary credit issues. Michelle Cafeo, the finance manager, worked with us to get us financing at the best possible rate. Her professionalism and discretion are to be commended! We were able to get a very nice vehicle at a fair price. Our experience was great and I highly recommend this dealership. In 30+ years of buying vehicles, this is the first time I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of. Thanks!!
"Couldn't Be More Satisfied" Just purchased a new Civic EX-L and it was the best car buying experience I've ever had over the last 40 years. The dealership went all out to find the exact trim and color we wanted, and ended up having to make a trade with a Chicago area dealer since there were none available in MI. "Outstanding Customer Care" My wife and I purchased our two Honda's; a 2005 Accord EX-L sedan, and a 2008 Odyssey EX-L from Honda of Bloomfield. And we continue to have both vehicles serviced at the dealership even though there is a closer dealership to our home in Troy. The dealership continues to surpass our expectations for service and customer care. And our service advisor 'TJ" is an outstanding employee and always has taken care of our service needs.
