I tried to save money by avoiding the dealer for repair and it eventually cost me twice after I had to replace the copy starter.
In 2005 I purchased my first Honda. I started with Victory Honda in Plymouth. Victory Honda was great at selling me a vehicle, but when it came to service and maintaining it, my experience was not as good. I had gone to four other Honda dealerships as well as other shops for service while owning my first Accord and found that the service was only as expected when I performed it myself in my own garage at home. In 2017 I purchased my second Honda and due to never having everything as good as I hoped for, I ended up in West Bl... read more
Was interested in the dealership because of the amount of cars they had that I found appealing. However, we had one of the worst salesman I’ve ever dealt with before. Sean openly went against the research I had don prior to coming and was adamant about being correct even though he later admitted to being WRONG. He then tried to push against most of the things we said about some of the cars we liked. If it were not for him, we most likely would have purchased a car there! I can in no good faith recommend a dealership who allo... read more
I feel like I am at Belle tire I go in to have one thing repaired and they tell me that I need a new battery or my rear brakes need to be replaced when I went in originally for warranty work and after inspecting, I bought my own brakes and rotors and went to put them on and they were like brand new It’s sad very sad.
My daughter and I came in so she could buy HER first car. The salesman constantly was talking to me, not her, with questions and comments. I was neither the purchaser nor the decision-maker. My daughter found this highly disrespectful and refused to return to check out future cars. Service is outrageously expensive compared to local mechanics. And why bother making an appointment when it takes over 24 hours to get your car back for a 2 hour job? They call to tell me that they need longer to work on my car, but their own trac... read more
Agree cent percent to the previous comment under the Profile Name 'V' on Goole Reviews - Being a Loyal Customer myself for 18 years their Service Dept. is gone from bad to worse. What is told to be done in priority of our preferences step by step is totally ignored & had to pay big Dollar Amounts due to their Negligence & Carelessness. All Marketing Calls received by me for Maintenance follow up to call back seemed a gimmick, as when reported to honor this call of invitation, the work paid for with problems within Warranty o... read more
When I think of how Page Honda treated us, the word that comes to mind is “scummy.” My wife and I bought a Prius here and literally ten minutes off the lot my dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree and the air conditioning went out (lovely on a 95 degree day). Before I got home, I also got a dashboard light for the brake system. When I called to try to get Page to make the situation right, I was passed around from person to person before finally getting passed to Tyler, one of the sales managers. He was rude and pushy, inter... read more
As of now, only one star. Initially, thought it was like 4 stars, maybe 5. I had to go with one star because we purchased a used CRV from Page Honda - a 2008 to be exact. They (Page Honda) replaced the radiator prior to our purchase, but while the car was still on their lot. Less than 600 miles after the purchase, the bottom hose on the radiator came off causing a catastrophic failure. The reason it came off? Worn clamp. I was told that they always reuse the existing clamps when replacing a radiator. The radiator losing all ... read more
Another scummy dealer charging markup. 7k over for the Type R listed. The dealer using shady tactics to get you in the door to "discuss" pricing, it was only when I pressured them that the price was given. This was after they alhad repeatedly try to inform it was MSRP. Look elsewhere folks!
