the management definitely went above and beyond to accommodate us as his guest and make us feel welcomed since we got th the parking was tight but we managed and the rooms. was a little small but just big enough for 2 people not some place I would have all 5 of my kids come stay with my husband and I had all the accessories we was looking for in a place to stay such as balcony with chairs to sight see , close to all the places we wanted to go to wile there purple moose crab shacks etc. and had a pool ..

Good The fact that they went in our room before check out time and cleaned out our stuff just because we had already packed our car. We left items there to stay refrigerated until check out. We went back an hour before checkout and the housekeeper was cleaning the room and has already thrown out the merchandise. The location is great. The size of the room Was nice.

Hi, we regret the misunderstanding about our check out time of 11AM. Even so, housekeeping does turn belongings in to the lost and found but in this instance, the left over food was believed to be trash. Hope we can make it up to you in the future!
I do not stay. They still stole my money. Grossed They are thieves. Scammers. Place is dangerous and stink. Bad customer service. All they matter is money. Scanners.RUN away. Do yourself a favor. Nothing can sum up this stay. The first 3 nights couldn’t sleep. It sounded like horses walking upstairs and playing loud music. Crackheads walking around in the area. Seemed like for 5 days a car parked in front my room like 2 people in it sleeping all day. Every single morning we were woken up at 4am by super loud garbage truck. Unbelievable and never seen anything like it anywhere before are two things that come to mind. A chair in the room, at least one hook to hang a towel on in the bathroom, an electrical outlet close to the floor instead of almost five feet up the wall - not useful for charging your phone. How about a luggage caddy so you don’t have to have your suitcase in the floor! Maybe a toilet paper holder in the bathroom so you don’t have to worry about it falling into the sink or toilet! Fair The toilet lid was broken. Couldn't get the shower to work properly. It will be the last time we take and stay there. I had booked the room for my parents My mom ended up falling and ended up in the hospital I tried to get into her room to be able to get her medication and stuff to take to the hospital and they were giving me a runaround. Fair The beds weren’t the comfiest In the world and the sliding bathroom door was a little weird. We cut our stay a day short and left on Saturday afternoon instead of Sunday.
