It was a great location, and we had what we needed for our stay at a good price. The floor was dirty. The ice machine wasn't working. Location to Country Calling venue and Boardwalk. The pool was cold but clean and refreshing.

This is a very nice, inexpensive place to stay during non-festival weekends. The room is very small and the bed is not very comfortable. The television is outdated as is the wifi connection. We tried to watch Netflix but it was lagging and cutting out. The room usually rents for $60, charging $600 during a music festival was shameful! The room was clean and updated. Pleasant Clean..good location..no toilet paper holder, no towel bars at all even for hand towel, no luggage racks, no hooks any where, only 4 hangers and only space to hang 4..a 1 night stay was fine any longer would have been uncomfortable
