it was amazing, we went as a birthday trip for my boyfriend! i didn’t like how the parking was it was very tight and our room was quite small BUT we enjoyed our stay and made the most of it!! i loved how close it was to the beach and the boardwalk!! we were pretty much in the heart of OC!! we walked pretty much the entire time we were staying here!

Friendliest motel in town with great rates, great location, and great accommodations. I can't say enough about the property and the staff, however there were a few minor things that could have been better. The pool is nice but is behind one of the buildings. There should be a little more explanation on where to find it. The biggest thing is that although the rooms are newly renovated, ours didn't have any nightstands in the room. Good The bathroom was a tight space. Walls were really thin so noise traveled from other rooms/deck. It was good for a last minute booking.

Perfect for what we needed Bed was a little uncomfortable and it would have been nice to have a small coffee machine I like the location and the staff was super nice and attentive
