Renee Hudock did more than help me buy a house, she helped me find a home! She recommended a newer subdivision and led me to a home that was in the early stages of building. As a first time home buyer, she helped me coordinate all the decisions that needed to be made during the build, while recommending her trusted contacts for everything from moving to landscaping and beyond. Kathy was very good about keeping us on track. We found a home we really wanted and she guided us through the process. We closed in record time. We originally wanted the house next door to the one we ended up getting but someone else ended up getting it.
