We are very happy to have Debbie (Debra Osborne from Lindsey) as our Real Estate Agent.
We have unexpectedly met during a search of a rental propety. They way she started helping us made us very happy and comfortable to work with her. So we decided to have her as our agent in buying a House.
I am not writing this review for the sake of writing. I am writing this because, i was very happy and got benefited on the Cost of the House (got a best deal) just based on her advise.
She is knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with her time (including mornings, evenings, and weekends over the course of several months). She answered every question and explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly.
she was very patient and helpful, and maintained great communication throughout the entire process.
She helped us narrow down the kind of home, we were looking for and was patient as I dragged her through dozens of open houses
Working with Debbie at Lindsey exceeded any of my expectations.
We had a great experience working with her and i am sure others who worked with her will also have the same kind of feedback.
Finally, to Debbie - Thanks a Lot Debbie for all your advise and help with my first Home.

Fantastic experience with the Johnson team at Lindsey & Associates. Fred Johnson, Jennifer Shapely, Janice Smith and Michael Douthit are an excellent team. Our house was sold in 3 days and above list, it can’t get much better than that! They were extremely attentive throughout and stayed on top of everything through closing. Our search for the new home was equally as smooth and successful. You couldn’t find a better team to work with. Thank you all so much!

GLENN TRAMMELL was a phenomenal realtor, even though the sale fell through. Although both listing & buyer's agent, he was extremely ethical to both parties. And even after the sale fell through, he went WAY beyond what was expected in making sure both parties were satisfied, including helping me move my possessions and offering the seller's money for storage. TRULY ethical & helpful man.

My boyfriend and I have been renting a home from Lindsey Management in Bentonville for 8 months now. You have always addressed any concerns we may have within 24 hours. We make our rent payment through the portal and have never had any issues with this company at all. I recommend you 100%! Jessica Uribe is the best!

Blaine was thoughtful and caring and kept us informed. He returned text messages or calls right away and was able to absorb the stress of a big sale.
I would definitely recommend him and use him as a real estate agent again.
