I was living at 1039 S. Arkansas St. in Rogers. I was unable to stay there due to the condition of the house and the Property Managers (John Mullins) unconcern. I am a 64 year old single woman, and I no longer felt safe there. I bought nu,merous items for the house, which I left when I moved out. (toilet seat, heater registers, kitchen faucet, kitchen light, smoke alarm). I also pressure washed the front of the house and cleaned up paint throughout the house that the painters left. when we moved in we got 3 notices about not picking up after our dog. we were picking up after our dog because I am the only one that takes her out. the office said they had proof that we didn't pick up after her. while we were moving in we were using a trailer to move with. the 3rd day we got a notice that the trailer wasn't allowed on the property without permission from the corporate office. Your website is awful. The site has options to search for # of Baths, Beds, Advanced search etc. but none of them work. LAME!

We have been in contact with (what we thought was) a realtor but the day before our scheduled tour of the home, she informs us that it has already been rented. The property is as of 3/1/21 STILL listed on your site as available for rent. How is this proper business procedure? We thought for the past TWO WEEKS that this property would be our next home and had stopped looking elsewhere. Extremely disappointed in this disorganized experience.

Also be smart when reading these reviews. I scrolled through and it's painfully obvious that they are paying people to write positive reviews. Idk who this Renee is but I'd sure like to talk to her since she apparently can solve any issue lol

Be careful. They raise the rent each year and when I called to find out if it was a regular occurrence each year I was told only the owner could answer that. So I asked to speak to the owner only to be told the OWNER doesn't speak to residents. All I was told is that I would get a 30 day notice before any rate increase. To which I then responded that this would be my last year here because 30 days is not enough time to find a new place and move. So I'm planning a year in advance due to the increase each year. Each year your rent increases with only a 30 day notice. I tried calling to see if this would continue each year. I was told only the owner could answer that and that the owner doesn't talk to residents. Nobody could answer any question I had regarding rent increases. Needless to say this will be my last year in Delmar Apartments. OH!! almost forgot to mention that I was hung up on when I first tried to get an answer. Lindsey rentals, y’all suck ass. You’re not stopping your tenants rent or pausing them “Bc of this virus”... are u kidding me???? People are losing their fucking jobs over this shit!! This is exactly why y’all are the most frowned upon real estate agency. I hope someone coughs on whoever made that executive decision. Good day.

My brother has lived at the Links in Lowell fir 12-13 years. He was found deceased in his aoartment on 1/27/20. When his daughter notified the manager, she was told keys had to be turned in on tge 39th(just 3 days after he passed). First of all, a person can accumulate quite a bit of stuff in 12 years. Secindly, not only did she have to deal with tge unecpected death of her father, she had ti deal with making funeral arrangements.
