Amy Rollins is an unhelpful realtor that did less than the bare minimum in the selling of my deceased father's home. Her son, Tommy Rollins of Ozark Estate Sales, recommended her at start of clearing out my dad's house, and he was only slightly better at communicating, but that is its own review. Amy took minimal poor photos of my dads property that did not showcase any of its qualities, and there was trash directly visible in several of the photos. Our realtor showed up to show us a home listed by this team, with a confirmed appointment, and there was no lockbox, no key, and the agent did not respond while our agent waited 30 minutes! Not only that, the home listed had a completely different photo!!! It looked absolutely nothing like the home we showed up to look at. Not even similar! Lindsey represented the Buyer more than the seller in my transaction. Tried to bring unethical POA to the closing for sale of personal property that shouldn't have been in included in the deal. Agent put us thru hell and held escrow funds for 30 days which at the end wasn't even necessary. Do not use Lindsey or Bob Orband for any of your transactions. I have bought and sold hundreds of properties. This was the worst experience I have ever had.

I was living at 1039 S. Arkansas St. in Rogers. I was unable to stay there due to the condition of the house and the Property Managers (John Mullins) unconcern. I am a 64 year old single woman, and I no longer felt safe there. I bought nu,merous items for the house, which I left when I moved out.
