I am a first time customer to submit loan application to President, Frank Coto at Lincoln lending group. There are some complicated issues resolved because Frank was able to guide me through during any days, even in Christmas holiday, when I need his advice .

Frank and his team handled our re-finance and did a great job and got us a great rate. We initially sought a quote from a company that does a lot of advertising that made a lot of false promises. With these other advertising companies it is like a mill. We got a second quote through Lincoln and they had much better rates and great customer service. Our file was reviewed with an estimate in hand in less than 24 hours. We were very happy with Lincoln and would recommend them.

My husband and I had a great experience working with kelly. We would highly recommend her. She was very knowledgeable about all the different programs available to us. She was never pushy and ultimately let us decide which program was best for us. We were very pleasantly surprised how quickly she would respond to any calls or texts with our questions. Kris was awesome, from start to finish! She explained everything in detail, gave options and suggestions, and answered all of my crazy questions.
