We enjoyed the stay, especially the kitchenette and closeness to the beach. The beds were full size and my husband and I slept separately because it was uncomfortable. Good location, right by the beach. The kitchenette was perfect and helped save money on food.
Nice property in a good location! Our air conditioning didn’t seem to work very well and the steps were steep. The decor & the pool were nice. We also liked the location a lot,
Yes go here. Worth it! The sandy floor just never comes clean. Even though thats expected because we are at beach! I loved how big the pool was. The beds were clean and comfortable. The sofa turns into a bed but that one wasn't as comfortable as the beds.

Great stay Only issue was got a late checking due to staff being behind, but manager gave us a later check out to comp us. Lived the clean pool and clean kitchenette room with walk in shower. It was a short distance to the beach. And groceries and laundry were a few miles down road. Would highly recommend. Will stay again. Manager and staff were very attentive.

WE LIKED THE KOKOMO , WILL STAY AGAIN 1. Internet was horrible. Half of our TV channels were frozen for 4 days. I have sling TV app on my laptop and I could not even log on . I could not even google anything that’s how bad the Internet was. NOTE ! AFTER I COMPLAINED IN ALL FAIRNESS , I WAS CALLED BY THE MANAGER AT HOME AND HE ADDRESSED MY PROBLEMS. Good The bed was uncomfortable Absolutely no water pressure The bathroom door was hard to close Very close to beach Had a kitchenette There is plenty of room for 3 people
Good location, rest just ok Could use a deep cleaning (maybe new bathroom grouting). Was a bit loud—doors slamming shut beneath our room woke us up a few times. A/C couldn’t be turned down. No elevator (should be noted on the listing). Colorful decor, good location.
