The hotel was nice and clean, value for money and we had a very nice stay. Plenty of parking space. The beds are really small. They are supposed to fit two people but they are actually for one person. They are not King or Queen beds. The hotel is in a nice location - walking distance from the beach. The boardwalk is only 13 mins drive.

Good Steps are to steep. And you aren't handicap friendly. Wasn't offered a breakfast. The location was good.

Exceptional Nothing bad to say. No, complaints. Very clean. Liked that there was a full size refrigerator. A full size shower. Great location. Very polite and friendly management.

All in all it was a lovely stay for the few days we were there. The air conditioning is in a weird spot. I like my room to be pretty cold and I feel like it struggled a bit to keep the room cool from where it was located. Also the mattresses were not great. They are very old and it shows. Between the springs and sagging they could definitely upgrade those! The staff was amazing! They were so sweet and more than happy to accommodate!
