Price was fair for what you get Room needs some updates refrigerator has rust all across the top and made a clapping sound, tv is on antenna and doesn't pick up any channels and freezes up Rooms was clean and location was great to beach access
Very Good
Exceptional
Was peaceful and clean Only stairs no elevator Location
Wonderful For a "budget hotel" in Ocean in Ocean City Kokomo Suites exceeded our expectations. It was extremely accommodating and the pristine, beautiful pool area still being open in October, and the diner right there on the premises were such an added bonus. No complaints here!

Exceptional Just the steep steps to get to upstairs rooms. Rooms clean, very close to the beach and pool is amazing.
