Good There was some bugs and a very strong smell whenever I came into the room but other than that it was fine. This is a nice place to stay I mean it has a bed and a kitchen for a good price and the workers are nice and understanding. I love the pool it’s super big and the whole place is pretty quiet.

Good location good price It’s in the middle of ocean city so most things are 15-20 at most. You get what you pay for. Close to the beach.

Okay As I was checking in I asked could we have a first floor room, the lady acted like it was a inconvenience! So I had to carry my son stroller up and down the stairs every time we came or left out! I also work front desk and I’ve never heard “it’s a long process” other than that everyone else was good! Loveeee the bright colors The pool is great per usual

Kokomo Suites is amazing! Clean, nicely furnished, comfortable, updated room. Loved the kitchenette. Pool was beautiful . . . large and clean, with lots of poolside seating. The staff was courteous and professional. They truly cared about your experience staying there. Great location . . . lots to see and do, all within walking distance. Great stay!
Pleasant The floor and the bathroom were dirty. The coffee mug had a used coffee sheet with ground coffee in it. The outside patio was also very dirty and sandy. The suite I'd very beautiful but the cleaners need to do a better job. The view and the pretty colors of paint
