Okay As I was checking in I asked could we have a first floor room, the lady acted like it was a inconvenience! So I had to carry my son stroller up and down the stairs every time we came or left out! I also work front desk and I’ve never heard “it’s a long process” other than that everyone else was good! Loveeee the bright colors The pool is great per usual

Kokomo Suites is amazing! Clean, nicely furnished, comfortable, updated room. Loved the kitchenette. Pool was beautiful . . . large and clean, with lots of poolside seating. The staff was courteous and professional. They truly cared about your experience staying there. Great location . . . lots to see and do, all within walking distance. Great stay!
Pleasant The floor and the bathroom were dirty. The coffee mug had a used coffee sheet with ground coffee in it. The outside patio was also very dirty and sandy. The suite I'd very beautiful but the cleaners need to do a better job. The view and the pretty colors of paint

Very impressed! I don’t have any complaints. It was really decent and had a full fridge and was pretty spacious. I stayed for boardwalk rock and the hotel provided transportation to and from which was an excellent surprise and was extremely convenient. I also received a text to check in and see how our stay was and I was impressed. Very close to the beach. Would definitely stay again. I didn’t get in the pool this time but it looked very clean and well kept.
