Affordable and a great pool. Needs some improvements tho! Everything seems to be broken, ice machine, pool shower, no water pressure in your shower, and I’m not sure they have a vacuum. Also bring a pillow Easy location, huge pool which is great.
Better if had working ac The AC could not keep up with the room. The staff gave us a box fan but sleeping was difficult due to the temperature in the room. Also, not having elevators can be tough with heavy items like a full cooler. Rooms were spacious, bright, clean and very close to the beach.
Bad
Fair There was water dripping on our floor from the ac and they stuffrd paper towels to fix it.The door to the balcony wasn't sealed good so our room wouldn't stay cool at all. When you walked outside all you smelled was dumpsters so we couldn't sit on the balcony. The location of this place is great and convenient to the beach and restaurants.
Fair
The room is a nice size and nice quality for the price and nice location Need to give fresh towels and enough for the amount of people in the room. Make sure there is enough tp. It was a good friendly clean place. Not very organized they need to work on communication but we most definitely will give them another chance. Big a for effort.
Fair The AC wasn't working the best, the water pressure in shower was horrible, the sink was clogged and the cable TV was bad. If you get all that fixed that place would be great. Great location
I feel like staff should check up on their rooms more often while being there The staff (housekeeping ) did not acknowledge the sign I put on the door for housekeeping while me and my family were out of the room so we never got clean towels or rags until late at night on our last night there It was not that far of a walk to the beach, great location for the beach
Loved all but pool was closed Pool was closed 2 days. Wanted discount and was told no. Closeness to pool and the manager was amazing through a terrible experience (not hotel related)
