Replied to a used car advertisement online and almost immediately received a phone call from a salesmen, Bill Shuey. Set up a visit for that evening at my request and was immediately greeted and shown the vehicle. The vehicle was better than advertised. Made arrangements for pickup the next day. Bill was very professional, on time and very personable. Can’t say enough how easy the process was from first visit to driving off the lot.

I HAVE BOUGHT 4 VEHICLES FROM JBA AND HAVE BEEN HAPPY WITH THEM, ALL WERE GOOD EXCEPT MY 2008 TAHOE THAT THE TRANSMISSION DIED THREE TIMES AND HAD TO BE REPLACED

The sales staff was good, rhe finance department was good.. I have noticed when it waa raining, my truck was not operating as well.as expected because the tires are worn. I asked once before how did it pass inspection no one replied.

Had appointment for oil change at 9AM. After an hour wait asked why it was taking so long, told me they were just starting they were short handed. Should have told me when I showed up it would take about an hr to hr and a half. Made me late for work,
