JBA has been and always will be my fav dealership everyone is so pleasant and so helpful ! I have bought all my cars here for the last I believe 20 years. My daughter bought a Chevy Tahoe 2 months ago here and experienced the same ! Jim Day , Marty and Dan could not Have been and nicer and truthful .

The dealership was clean and had a good amount of vehicles to choose from. All the employees were kind and helpful. Jason was my dealer and he was great. Explained all features of the car I wanted. Explained the process and was absolutely amazing!

Kris made buying a new car easy. He was extremely kind. However, my new car is 17 days old and the check engine light has come on. We have an appt tomorrow to get it checked. I was not anticipating this from a new car

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a service tech who took all my information informed me of my wait time and let me know where to Wait in their comfortable waiting room. I was offered coffee or another drink of choice. The service was completed in a reasonable amount of time, my vehicle was vacuumed and I left a happy customer!
