Ben Aiello was absolutely fantastic as well as the men who actually fixed the problems on the car which were under the warranty. I was informed of the status of the car repair efficiently and had great confidence that Ben provided me with accurate information of what was happening to the car. Customer service crew is awesome. The waiting room is great for adults and children. Love the idea of a separate room for kids to play in and have an opportunity to play the Xbox especially for older kids. Having a coffee bar and free snacks is an awesome idea as well. Love JBA keep up the great work.
