What a great experience, my husband and I drove from Pittsburgh to Jan’s to find a mother-of dress for my son’s wedding. I knew we made the right choice when we were greeted at the front by the manager Charon. There selection was amazing and my sales girl Ivy helped me find a gorgeous dress from Stephen Yearick at their trunk show. Much thanks to Charon, Jan and Ivy, I will recommend all my friends and family to Jan’s. Thanks again, I love my dress!!!

The staff at Jan’s boutique are all fabulous. They are pleasant, professional and knowledgeable about their products and they have a great selection of dresses, gowns, and sportswear in a variety of price range. I had my first fitting this week with Brenda. She is the best. She listened to my concerns and stated not to worry everything will be perfect. I believe it will be.

I was in trouble; only one month to go before my son’s big day and the gown I had bought (elsewhere) was too small. I needed something quick. A friend suggested Jan’s and I couldn’t be happier. Marie is a rockstar. She found the most fabulous gown for me and it fits like a glove. Jan’s and Marie will be my first choice from now on.

My Sales lady and Seamstress are Better Than Yours! As the MOTB (and the person escorting my daughter down the aisle), I wanted to ensure my attire rose to the occasion. Leslie helped me choose a beautiful, flattering emerald blue gown and Julia, seamstress extraordinaire, had incredible vision and made the gown even more beautiful. The tailor Asunta was great. She was very helpful and finished the alterations early. The only thing I didn’t like was they wanted me to pick my dress before the alterations even started and bring it back and forth for the alterations. I live in a small apartment in nyc and I didnt have place to hang it where it would be safe. Other than that, I had a pretty good experience.

This is my second MOB gown purchased at Jan’s. They carry the designer that fits me best and Brenda turns my requests into magical transformations. Brenda is an amazing seamstress and stylist. She will not talk you into buying accessories you don’t need and will work with what you already have and live. I cannot recommend Brenda and Jan’s enough.

I recently purchased a gorgeous mother of the bride gown. The staff was patient ,supportive and honest in their options of the dozen dresses I tried . When the order arrived I made an appointment for a fitting with Brenda . She was extremely professional and quite knowledgeable with dress making.
