I loved the whole experience at Jans! Barb went well above expectations to help me find a dress and she made sure to adjust/clip well so I could see what each dress would look like. She offered sparkling water and plenty of time so we didn’t feel rushed. She offered suggestions but wasn’t pushy and asked about my opinion throughout so she could get a better picture of what I was looking for. Needed a mother of the groom dress and could not order because of the corona virus. Jans has an enormous variety of beautiful brand new dresses that can be bought immediately off the rack Their sales associates were extremely helpful and made the whole process so much fun. I would recommend Jans the first and only place to shop for such an important event.

If I could rate 100 stars I would because 5 stars does not do justice to the absolutely perfect wedding dress shopping experience I had at Jan's. I went to Jan's for a Wedding Gown and my bridal consultant was Barbara. I can not say enough about how wonderful, caring, kind and patient Barbara was with me and my family. She truly cared about how I felt and what I wanted and took her time. Her guidance and compassion were endless. She is truly the perfect bridal consultant!

I worked with Sharon B at Jan's, and she was very helpful and not pushy. It was my first stop on my mother of the groom trek, and she understood that I was in no way ready to buy that day. When I returned to see a dress I was looking for, even though I called Saturday morning to come by that day, the gentleman on the phone welcomed me, giving me a time they thought they would be less crowded with their scheduled appointments. I went to Jans on a whim with my mom, just to see what their bridal selection was for my upcoming February 2021 wedding. Our consultant was Barbara, who was simply amazing! She made the experience so fun and was so calm while helping me try to find my dream dress. Her attention to detail made all the difference and allowed me to get a glimpse into what I will look like on my wedding day. I can’t say enough good things about our experience at Jans with Barbara and highly recommend to any bride-to-be!

I went to Jans doubtful that I would find a MOB dress. I met Ivy who was my consultant. She listened and selected what she thought would work for me. Ivy was extremely attentive and an outstanding consultant. She helped me to select the perfect dress for my daughter and future son in law's upcoming wedding. Thank you and I cant wait for the dress to come in and the fitting.

I recently found my wedding dress at Jans and I couldn’t be happier with my dress or my experience there. I went to a few other local boutiques, but I felt Jans had the best customer service of them all. Barabara and Charon were great thank you guys so much I love my dress!!!

My mom and I went to this store to find a mother of the bride dress. We scheduled an appointment with Ivy, and she was phenomenal! Everybody was so kind and genuinely wanted to find my mom the dress she wanted. Literally best store ever and found the dress!!! We love it here so much! Thanks Ivy and friends!!
