I had a wonderful experience at Jan’s Boutique. I am a Mother of the Bride and had purchased north of 20 dresses online with no luck and it’s such a hassle. I went to Jan’s by myself but thanks to Leslie felt like I had a friend with me who kept me on budget and found the right selections based on what I was looking for and for my body type. Then Charon went above and beyond to get me what I wanted. I could not be happier with service, people and selection. Can’t wait until my dress comes in and the big day.

My mom and I were going shopping in the area of Jan’s. I booked an appointment just to see what they had available in wedding dresses. Our consultant Julia made it a blessing in disguise that we stopped in. She had a listening ear and ready to find and dress and make it your own! I will forever be grateful we stopped in on a shopping trip!

My sales consultant, Ivy, was very lovely, honest and patient. 5 stars for her. I lowered my rating after encountering Jan. I felt she was rude. Her attitude was, she was doing me a favor by selling me a dress. Rather than appreciating a new customer.

I had a wonderful experience shopping for my MOB dress at Jan’s boutique. Their inventory was huge and everyone was so helpful. My personal assistant, Ivy, was the best!! She was so pleasant to work with. And even though I had an idea of what colors/styles I thought would work best for me, she pulled a “wild card” for me to try. Leslie and Charon were incredibly helpful and made the whole experience of buying my gown a complete pleasure. The selection is absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend making the trip if you want to look and feel like a princess!!

I had a very positive experience at Jan’s Boutique working with Julia! As an experienced seamstress, Julia provided great knowledge about how the dresses are made and insight into the alteration process. I would recommend this experience to any future brides looking for their dress!

Leslie was my stylist and I absolutely loved her!!! I’m the mother of the bride and my goal was to look classy and not traditional!! The best part of experience is that she listened, wasn’t pushy, helpful, wonderful personality!! We clicked for sure. She’s is very personable which honestly makes any experience that much better!! Natasha was the best from entry to exit. She was more thank a sales associate. I had death in my family and was just having a rough day and she made it all well. She’s the best. Also the store manager was excellent too. She always is when I come in. I have purchased many gowns there and Jan’s is an awesome place all around . Thank you for great service
