Maria was fantastic ! She knew what dresses would work for me ! It was extra special to meet and talk to the designer while i was there !
Natasha was the best from entry to exit. She was more thank a sales associate. I had death in my family and was just having a rough day and she made it all well. She’s the best. Leslie was my stylist and I absolutely loved her!!! I’m the mother of the bride and my goal was to look classy and not traditional!! The best part of experience is that she listened, wasn’t pushy, helpful, wonderful personality!! We clicked for sure. She’s is very personable which honestly makes any experience that much better!! I was shopping for a mother of the bride gown. I had visited Jan’s previously and worked with Leslie. I made a second appointment because I was undecided and I worked with Leslie again. She was so incredibly helpful and such a sweet lady. She took her time with us and we did not feel rushed. She helped me find the perfect gown. My daughter and I enjoyed the experience and talking with Leslie. Would highly recommend.

I went shopping for my daughter’s Jr. prom dress. My sales consultant was great! My daughter loved her vibes. She was very knowledgeable and fun. The only thing I’d say is that I bought a floor model and received no discount for a dress I purchased which was tried on by many others and was not a brand new dress. I paid full price $490.00.

Jan's sells its stock off the floor everyday and we do not discount our stock merchandise, this is typical in our industry, you will find most independent stores and department stores do not discount their in-store merchandise.
